Human Resources Department

The Human Resources is located in Building 3 and provides advice, guidance, interpretation, research, consultation, and recommendation to all levels of staff.  Our diversity of services include: Recruitment, Employment, and Retention;   Classification and Compensation Management, Workers Compensation, Benefits Administration, CommonHealth, Employee Recognition, Employee Relations, Mediation Administration, Professional and Automated Library Services, Workforce Development and Training. Human Resources networks with our community, develops intricate relationships, and partners with medical institutes, colleges and universities, and other professional affiliations to include those inside and outside of state and local government in the recruitment of employees who are sustained superior performers.
